      研究液体橡胶液体聚丁二烯(LPBD)替代芳烃油对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈护胶(顺丁橡胶/天然橡胶并用胶)的硫化特性、加工性能、物理性能、生热性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:LPBD等量替代芳烃油后,胶料的t10有所延长,t90缩短,LPBD的增塑作用小于芳烃油;硫化胶的硬度、拉伸性能和抗撕裂性能提高,压缩温升降低,LPBD Activ-1000硫化胶的动态力学性能较好,LPBD Activ-50硫化胶与芳烃油硫化胶的动态力学性能相近。
英文摘要:
      The effects of liquid rubber liquid polybutadiene(LPBD) instead of aromatic oil on the vulcanization characteristics,processability,physical properties,heat generation performance and dynamic mechanical properties of bead filler compound(BR/NR blend) of truck and bus radial tire were studied.The results showed that the t10 of the compound was prolonged,and t90 was shortened when the aromatic oil was replaced by LPBD in the same amount.The plasticizing effect of LPBD was less than that of aromatic oil.The hardness,tensile properties and tear resistance of vulcanizates were improved,while the compression temperature rise was decreased.The dynamic mechanical properties of the vulcanizate with LPBD Activity-1000 were better,the dynamic mechanical properties of the vulcanizate with LPBD Activity-50 were equivalent to those with aromatic oil.
