      研究促进剂用量及促进剂并用对小应变下轮胎胶料的拉伸模量稳定性的影响。结果表明:在热空气老化后,随着促进剂CBS用量的增大,胶料在20%应变下的拉伸模量(简称20%拉伸模量)增幅增大,以促进剂DTDM部分替代促进剂CBS能有效地减小胶料的20%拉伸模量减幅;在伸张疲劳老化后,随着促进剂CBS用量的增大,胶料的20%拉伸模量减幅减小,以促进剂DTDM部分替代促进剂CBS,胶料的20%拉伸模量减幅增大。
英文摘要:
      The effect of accelerator dosage and accelerator blending on the tensile modulus stability of tire compounds under small strain was studied. The results showed that,after the hot air aging,the growth rate of the tensile modulus at 20% strain(20% tensile modulus for short) of the compound increased with the increase of accelerator CBS dosage,and the decline rate could be effectively reduced by partially replacing accelerator CBS with accelerator DTDM. However,after the tensile fatigue aging,the decline rate of the 20% tensile modulus of the compound decreased with the increase of accelerator CBS dosage,which increased by partially replacing accelerator CBS with accelerator DTDM.
