研究采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)测定橡胶中促进剂TMTD含量的方法,所得的最佳试验步骤为:橡胶样品于常温下经丙酮超声提取30 min,提取2次,提取液合并后定容、过滤,采用体积比为50/50的乙腈/水作为流动相进行洗脱,在DAD波长为215 nm下进行HPLC-DAD检测。当促进剂TMTD标准工作液的质量浓度在0.5~10 mg·L-1范围内时,标准工作曲线的线性相关因数为0.999 8,空白样品的加标回收率大于81%,测定低限为2.0 mg·kg-1。 |

A method for the determination of accelerator TMTD content in rubber by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector(HPLC-DAD) was studied.The best test steps obtained were as follows:the rubber sample was extracted by ultrasonic with acetone for 30 min twice at room temperature,the extraction solution was combined,fixed volume and filtered,then eluted with acetonitrile/water with a volume ratio of 50/50 as the mobile phase,and which was detected at DAD wavelength of 215 nm using HPLC-DAD.When the mass concentration of accelerator TMTD of standard working solution was in the range of 0.5~10 mg·L-1,the linear correlation coefficient of standard working curve was 0.999 8,the spiked recovery of the blank sample was greater than 81% in the blank sample,and the detection low limit was 2.0 mg·kg-1. |
