在硫化机理和阿伦尼乌斯理论研究的基础上,进行全钢载重子午线轮胎硫化测温试验。试验验证了阿伦尼乌斯方程在全钢载重子午线轮胎等效硫化时间计算中的有效性,即根据阿伦尼乌斯方程计算的等效硫化时间可用于指导全钢载重子午线轮胎硫化条件的确定,从轮胎剖切断面状态可确认轮胎硫化程度。 |

In this study,the vulcanization temperature measurement of truck and bus radial(TBR) tire was carried out,and the effectiveness of Arrhenius equation in the calculation of the equivalent vulcanization time of TBR tire was verified.The curing degree of the tire was confirmed by checking the curing state of the tire section. The results showed that the equivalent curing time calculated by Arrhenius equation could be used to guide the determination of the curing conditions of TBR tire. |
