      通过偶联剂KH550改性白炭黑与助分散剂TA修饰石墨烯发生迈克尔加成反应形成强杂化键得到白炭黑/石墨烯杂化填料,研究胶料配方中不同偶联剂KH550用量改性的白炭黑/石墨烯杂化填料在天然橡胶(NR)胶料中的分散性和对NR胶料性能的影响。结果表明,与未使用偶联剂KH550的NR硫化胶相比,用量为2份的偶联剂KH550改性的白炭黑/助分散剂TA修饰的石墨烯杂化填料的NR硫化胶的拉伸强度最大(27.8 MPa)、压缩生热最低、玻璃化温度最低(-37.06 ℃)、热导率最大(在30和150 ℃下的热导率分别为0.168和0.184 W·m-1·K-1),硫化胶中白炭黑的聚集明显减弱,硫化胶的综合性能最佳。
英文摘要:
      The silica/graphene hybrid filler was obtained by Michael addition reaction between the silica modified by coupling agent KH550 and graphene modified by co-dispersant TA to form strong hybrid bonds. The dispersibility of silica/graphene hybrid fillers modified with different amounts of coupling agent KH550 in the compound formulations in natural rubber (NR) compounds and their effects on the properties of NR compounds were studied. The results showed that,compared with the NR vulcanizate without coupling agent KH550,the tensile strength of the NR vulcanizate of 2 phr of coupling agent KH550 modified silica/co-dispersant TA modified graphene hybrid filler was the highest (27. 8 MPa),the compression heat build-up was the lowest,the glass transition temperature was the lowest (-37. 06 ℃),and the thermal conductivity was the highest (the thermal conductivity at 30 and 150 ℃ are 0. 168 and 0. 184 W·m-1·K-1,respectively),the aggregation of silica in the vulcanizate was obviously weakened. And the comprehensive performance of the vulcanizate was the best.
