通过针入度、软化点、延度试验分析高速剪切工艺对氧化石墨烯/橡胶改性沥青性能的影响,采用动力粘度和软化点离析差试验研究超声波分散对氧化石墨烯/橡胶改性沥青存储稳定性的影响,并结合傅里叶转换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜和差示扫描量热分析等探究氧化石墨烯对橡胶改性沥青的微观作用机理。结果表明:高速剪切+超声波分散工艺可以克服氧化石墨烯团聚现象,最佳剪切速率为4500 r·min-1,最佳剪切时间为40 min;氧化石墨烯可改善橡胶改性沥青的存储稳定性和力学性能;氧化石墨烯与橡胶改性沥青以物理作用为主,可减少橡胶改性沥青中发生相变的组分含量或降低其转变强度,使橡胶改性沥青体系趋于稳定,有利于改善橡胶改性沥青的温度敏感性和高温抗车辙性能。 |

Through the penetration,softening point and ductility tests,the effect of high-speed shear process on the properties of graphene oxide/rubber modified asphalt were analyzed,the effects of ultrasonic dispersion on the storage stability of graphene oxide/rubber modified asphalt were investigated by dynamic viscosity and softening point segregation difference tests,and the micro action mechanism of graphene oxide on rubber modified asphalt was discussed by Fourier transform inrfared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry,etc.The results showed that the agglomeration of graphene oxide could be overcome by high-speed shear+ultrasonic dispersion process,the optimal high-speed shear rate was 4 500 r·min-1,and the optimal shear time was 40 min.Graphene oxide could improve the storage stability and mechanical properties of rubber modified asphalt.The physical interaction between graphene oxide and rubber modified asphalt was dominant,graphene oxide could reduce the content of phase change components in rubber modified asphalt or reduce its transition strength to make rubber modified asphalt system tend to be stable,and improve the temperature sensitivity and high temperature rutting resistance of rubber modified asphalt. |
