基于非线性接触理论,对航空发动机往复运动密封装置中O形橡胶密封圈的滑动摩擦力进行有限元仿真分析,研究压缩率和温度对O形橡胶密封圈滑动摩擦力的影响,并对两种滑动摩擦力理论算法的适用性进行分析。结果表明:随着压缩率的增大,O形橡胶密封圈的滑动摩擦力呈非线性增大趋势;仅考虑橡胶热膨胀时,O形橡胶密封圈的滑动摩擦力对温度的变化不敏感;在两种O形橡胶密封圈的滑动摩擦力理论算法中,Lindley算法计算结果整体偏小,经验公式计算结果在较大压缩率范围内与有限元分析结果接近。 |

Based on the nonlinear contact theory,the sliding friction of rubber O-ring in aero-engine reciprocating sealing device was simulated by finite element method,the influence of compression ratio and temperature on the sliding friction of rubber O-ring was studied,and the applicability of two sliding friction theory algorithms was analyzed.The results showed that,as the compression rate increased,the sliding friction of rubber O-ring tended to increase nonlinearly.Only when the rubber was thermal expansion was considered,the sliding friction of rubber O-ring was not sensitive to the change of temperature.In the theoretical calculation of sliding friction of two rubber O-ring,the results of Lindley algorithm were small as a whole,and the results of empirical formula were close to those of finite element analysis in a large compression rate range. |
