      以12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎为例,利用CAD,Tyabas,Abaqus软件建立有限元分析模型,研究胎冠弧角度、断面宽和零度带束层膨胀率对轮胎接地压力分布的影响。结果表明:随着胎冠弧角度的增大,轮胎接地面积和接地形状矩形因数增大,最大接地压力和平均接地压力减小;随着断面宽的增大,轮胎接地面积和接地形状矩形因数先增大后减小,最大接地压力减小,平均接地压力先减小后增大;零度带束层膨胀率可以控制其附近部位的刚性,从而影响该部位的接地印痕形状,随着零度带束层膨胀率的增大,轮胎接地形状矩形因数先变化不大后减小,最大接地压力和平均接地压力先变化不大后增大。

      Taking the 12R22. 5 truck and bus radial tire as an example,the finite element analysis model was established by using CAD,Tyabas and Abaqus software to study the effects of the cap arc angle,crosssectional width and zero-degree belt expansion rate on the ground contact distribution of the tire.The results showed that, with the increase of the cap arc angle, the ground contact area of the tire and the rectangular coefficient of the ground contact pressure distribution shape increased, while the maximum ground contact pressure and average ground contact pressure decreased.With the increase of the cross-sectional width,the ground contact area of the tire and the rectangular coefficient of the ground contact pressure distribution shape first increased and then decreased, the maximum ground contact pressure decreased,and the average ground contact pressure first decreased and then increased. Adjustment of the expansion rate of the zero-degree belt layer could regulate the rigidity of its nearby parts,thereby affecting the shape of the ground contact footprint at this part.With the increase of the zero degree belt expansion rate,the rectangular coefficient of the ground contact pressure distribution shape of the tire changed little at first and then decreased,and the maximum ground contact pressure and average ground contact pressure changed little at first and then increased.
