光学平台减振系统的振动性能直接影响试验平台及其上相关仪器的正常使用,对试验结果影响巨大。根据平台系统的减振性能要求进行减振系统空气弹簧设计理论计算,以指导空气弹簧的设计。通过对空气弹簧的仿真计算,对等比例缩小的平台系统振动进行试验验证。结果表明,基于本设计空气弹簧的光学平台减振系统可将中低频率下振幅衰减20 dB以上,且限位柱的最大等效应力为305.2 MPa,减振系统具有良好的减振性能。 |

The vibration performance of the vibration reduction system of the optical platform directly affected the normal use of the test platform and its related instruments,and had a great impact on the test results.According to the requirements of the vibration reduction performance of the platform system,the theoretical calculation of the air spring design of the vibration reduction system was carried out to guide the design of the air spring.Through the simulation calculation of the air spring,the vibration of the scaled down platform system was tested and verified.The results showed that the vibration reduction system of the optical platform based on the air spring of this design could reduce the amplitude by more than 20 dB at medium and low frequencies,and the maximum equivalent stress of the limit column was 305.2 MPa,showing good vibration reduction performance. |
