研究α-甲基苯乙烯树脂对以不同苯乙烯含量溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)及其与顺丁橡胶(BR)并用胶为主体材料的轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:苯乙烯质量分数较大(0.36)的SSBR(记为SSBR1)与α-甲基苯乙烯树脂的相容性更好,加入α-甲基苯乙烯树脂的SSBR1胶料和SSBR1/BR并用胶都具有更均衡的抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力;SSBR1/BR并用胶的硫化速率更快,交联程度、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率更高,DIN磨耗量更小,综合性能更优异。 |

Effect of α-methylstyrene resin on the properties of the tire tread compound using different styrene content solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR) and its blends with butadiene rubber(BR) as main materials was studied.The results showed that,the compatibility of SSBR with higher styrene content(0.36)(denoted as SSBR1) with α-methylstyrene resin was better,and SSBR1 and SSBR1/BR blends with α-methyl styrene resin had better balance between wet skid resistance and rolling resistance.In addition,SSBR1/BR had faster curing rate,higher cross-linking degree,tensile strength and elongation at break,smaller DIN abrasion and excellent comprehensive properties. |
