      通过正交试验研究酚醛树脂/氯丁橡胶胶粘剂(以下简称酚醛/氯丁胶粘剂)主要成分对45#钢与天然橡胶(NR)粘接性能的影响,通过极差分析确定因子与水平优化组合,并进行试验验证。结果表明,酚醛/氯丁胶粘剂中白炭黑用量、偶联剂种类和酚醛树脂用量是影响45#钢与NR粘接性能的主要因素,胶粘剂主要成分优化组合为4份白炭黑、80份酚醛树脂、20份氯化天然橡胶和8份偶联剂KH550,该优化组合下制得的胶粘剂的耐热性能与胶膜耐水性能良好,45#钢与NR粘接的单向拉伸剪切强度可达4.57 MPa。
英文摘要:
      The effect of main components in phenolic resin/chloroprene rubber adhesive(hereinafter referred to as phenolic/chloroprene adhesive) on the bonding performance between 45# steel and natural rubber(NR) was studied through the orthogonal experiment,and the optimal combination of the factor and level was determined through range analysis and verified by experiments.The results showed that the silica content,coupling agent type and phenolic resin content in phenolic/chloroprene adhesive were the main factors affecting the bonding performance between 45# steel and NR.The optimal combination of main components of the adhesive was 4 phr silica,80 phr phenolic resin,20 phr chlorinated NR and 8 phr coupling agent KH550.Under the optimizied combination,the heat resistance and film water resistance of the adhesive were good.The tensile shear strength of 45# steel and NR adhesive could reach 4.57 MPa.
