通过拓扑优化、参数优化、形状优化及限位设计进行汽车动力总成悬置(简称悬置)结构设计。设计过程如下:首先进行拓扑优化,以悬置概念结构作为原始设计方案;然后对悬置结构关键尺寸进行参数优化,使悬置的三向线性刚度偏差均小于3%,满足技术要求;之后对应力集中区域进行形状优化,使y和z向最大主应力有明显的降低;最后结合悬置非线性曲线设计准则进行限位设计,得到最终悬置结构。本研究方法适用于悬置类产品及汽车其他部件的设计。 |

The automotive powertrain mount(short for mount) structure was designed through topology optimization,parameter optimization,shape optimization and limit design.Firstly, in the design process,the topology optimization was carried out,and the conceptual structure of the mount was taken as the original design scheme. Secondly,the parameters of the key dimensions of the mount structure were optimized,so that the three dimensional linear stiffness deviation of the mount was less than 3%,which met the technical requirements. Then,the shape optimization of the stress concentration area was carried out,so that the maximum principal stresses at y and z directions were significantly reduced. Finally,the limit design was carried out based on the nonlinear curve design criteria of the mount,and the final mount structure was obtained.This research method was suitable for the design of mount products and other parts of automobiles. |
