基于Hallberg-Peck模型,研究汽车发动机罩盖三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)缓冲垫块的加速老化试验条件。采用海南试验场自然暴露试验数据,推导发动机罩盖EPDM缓冲垫块析出发白物质(苯并噻唑类促进剂)而老化失效的实验室加速老化试验条件:相对湿度95%/70 ℃×168 h。经实际验证,该条件下加速老化试验结果准确。 |

Based on the Hallberg-Peck model,the accelerated aging test conditions of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM) cushion blocks for automobile engine cover were studied.Using the natural exposure test data of the Hainan test site,the laboratory accelerated aging test conditions of the aging failure of EPDM cushion due to the precipitation of white matter(benzothiazole accelerator) were obtained,which was aging under the relative humidity of 95% and temperature of 70 ℃ for 168 h.It was verified that the accelerated aging test results under this condition were accurate. |
