      对比研究牌号2211和4212(国产)以及相应牌号PA526和PA522HF(进口)4种羧基型丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)的 性能。结果表明:ACM PA526和4212的相对分子质量较大,ACM PA522HF的相对分子质量最小;ACM PA526和2211 胶料的硫化速度较快;ACM PA526,2211和PA522HF硫化胶的耐热空气老化性能较好,190 ℃×72 h热空气老化后ACM 2211硫化胶的拉伸强度最大;ACM 4212和PA522HF硫化胶的抗压缩永久变形性能较好,ACM PA526和2211硫化胶的耐 油性能较好,但ACM 2211硫化胶的耐低温性能较差。
英文摘要:
      The properties of four carboxyl acrylate rubber(ACM) were studied and compared. Two of those were domestic grades,2211 and 4212,and the other two were the corresponding grades of imported products,PA526 and PA522HF. The results showed that the molecular weights of ACM PA526 and 4212 were larger,and that of ACM PA522HF was the smallest. The vulcanization speeds of ACM PA526 and 2211 compounds were faster. The hot air aging resistances of ACM PA526,2211 and PA522HF vulcanizates were better,and the tensile strength of ACM 2211 vulcanizate was the largest after hot air aging at 190 ℃ for 72 h. The compression sets of ACM 4212 and PA522HF vulcanizates were smaller,the oil resistances of ACM PA526 and 2211 vulcanizates were better,but the low temperature resistance of ACM 2211 vulcanizate was poor.
