建立气相色谱-质谱联用快速测定玩具及儿童用品中苯并[c]芴、苯并[b]萘并[2,1-d]噻吩、5-甲基?和二苯并[cd,jk]芘4种多环芳烃的方法。结果表明,采用甲苯为萃取溶剂,超声波萃取50 min,采用DB-EUPAH毛细管色谱柱,选择离子监测模式下定量分析,可实现4种多环芳烃的有效分离。该方法的4种多环芳烃质量浓度测定线性范围为0.01~1 mg·L-1,线性相关因数不小于0.999 2,加标回收率为86.5%~108.7%,相对标准偏差小于3%,可用于玩具及儿童用品中4种多环芳烃的快速测定。 |

A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method was established for the rapid determination of benzo(c)fluorene,benzo[b]naphtho[2,1-d]thiophene,5-methylphenanthroline and dibenzo[cd,jk]pyrene four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in toys and children’s products.The results showed that using toluene as extraction solvent,ultrasonic extracting for 50 minutes,using DB-EUPAH capillary column,and selecting quantitative analysis in ion monitoring mode,four PAHs could be effective separated.The mass concentration testing linear range of four PAHs of this method was 0.01~1 mg·L-1,and linear correlation coefficient was not less than 0.999 2,the recovery rate was from 86.5% to 108.7%,and relative standard deviation was less than 3%.This method could be used for the rapid determination of four PAHs in toys and children’s products. |
