| 研究单涂型胶粘剂在橡胶支座中的应用。结果表明：与传统双涂型胶粘剂相比，单涂型胶粘剂起硫温度高，处理效率快，适用于高温快速硫化制品；具有较强的工艺适用性及较好的粘合性能，橡胶与金属剥离试样的剥离强度达到11 kN·m-1以上，且试样破坏类型理想；采用单涂型胶粘剂的橡胶支座的刚度高以及耐动态疲劳性能好，可以满足橡胶支座使用要求。 |

| The application of single coating adhesive in rubber bearing was studied.The results showed that compared with the traditional double coating adhesive，the single coating adhesive had higher sulfur starting temperature and faster treatment efficiency and was suitable for high temperature and rapid vulcanization products.It had strong process applicability and good adhesion.The peel strength of rubber and metal peel samples was more than 11 kN·m-1，and the failure type of samples was ideal.The rubber bearing with single coating adhesive had high stiffness and good dynamic fatigue resistance，which could meet the application requirements of rubber bearing. |
