      研究天然胶乳保存剂HY对天然橡胶理化性质一致性的影响。结果表明:以保存剂HY和改性保存剂HY替代氨作为鲜胶乳的保存剂,其具有良好的保鲜作用,通过凝块熟化,天然橡胶的门尼粘度和塑性初值基本恒定,即凝块熟化2 d后保存剂HY保存天然橡胶可达到高恒粘要求,改性保存剂HY保存天然橡胶可达到中恒粘要求;与氨保存天然橡胶相比,保存剂HY保存天然橡胶的抗氧化能力稍差。
英文摘要:
      The effect of natural latex preservative HY on the consistency of the physicochemical properties of natural rubber(NR) was studied.The results showed that a good preservation effect was achieved by using preservative HY and modified preservative HY instead of ammonia as the preservative of fresh latex.It was found that the Mooney viscosity and initial plasticity value of NR were basically constant through coagulation.Specifically,NR preserved with preservative HY could meet the requirements of high constant viscosity after cougulation for 2 d,and NR preserved by the modified preservative HY could meet the requirements of medium constant viscosity.Compared with NR preserved by ammonia,the oxidation resistance of NR preserved with preservative HY was slightly lower.
