      通过设定胶料的终炼工艺参数和停放条件,研究胶料中不溶性硫黄喷霜的原因。结果表明:胶料表面析出物基本为硫黄,由不溶性硫黄还原而来;采用所建立胶料的喷霜程度评价等级体系,包括各等级对应的照片,可以直观、快捷地表征不溶性硫黄的喷霜性能;适宜的终炼排胶温度和停放环境(温度)可以有效避免不溶性硫黄喷霜。
英文摘要:
      The causes of insoluble sulfur blooming in the compound were studied by setting the final mixing process parameters and storage conditions of the compound.The results showed that the precipitates on the compounds surface were basically sulfur,which was reduced by insoluble sulfur.By using the established evaluation grade system of the compound blooming degree,including the photos corresponding to each grade,the blooming performance of insoluble sulfur could be characterized intuitively and quickly.The appropriate final mixing discharge temperature and storage environment(temperature) could effectively avoid insoluble sulfur blooming.
