      通过三步法制备双官能团交联剂1,6-双(N,N′-二苄基硫代氨基甲酰二硫)己烷,其可以用作二烯类橡胶的抗硫化返原剂。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析、差示扫描量热分析和元素分析对合成的1,6-双(N,N′-二苄基硫代氨基甲酰二硫)己烷的结构进行表征,高效液相色谱分析及其计算得出合成的1,6-双(N,N′-二苄基硫代氨基甲酰二硫)己烷的纯度高达98.5%。
英文摘要:
      A bifunctional cross-linking agent 1,6-bis(N,N′-dibenzylthiocarbamoyldithio)-hexane was prepared by three-step method,which could be used as anti-reversion agent of diene rubber.Structure of synthetic 1,6-bis(N,N′-dibenzylthiocarbamoyldithio)-hexane was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis,differential thermal scanning analysis and elemental analysis.The purity of the synthetic 1,6-bis(N,N′-dibenzylthiocarbamoyldithio)-hexane was up to 98.5% by high performance liquid chromatography analysis.
