      结合现有橡胶挤出机喂料和挤出方式研发出适用于工业陶瓷粉末-聚合物共混喂料的3D打印成型方法。通过对不同工业陶瓷粉末与聚合物配比的共混喂料进行扫描电子显微镜、熔体流动性和表观粘度分析得出,当工业陶瓷粉末的体积分数为0.680 0,即质量分数为0.922 3时,共混喂料的综合性能最佳,打印坯体和烧结制品满足设计要求。
英文摘要:
      The 3D printing molding method suitable for industrial ceramic powder-polymer blending feed was developed combining with the feeding and extruding methods of the existing rubber extruder.By scanning electron microscopy,melt flowability and apparent viscosity analysis of the blending feeds with different ratio between industrial ceramic powder and polymer,it was found that when the volume fraction of industrial ceramic powder was 0.680 0,that was,the mass fraction was 0.922 3,the overall performance of the blending feed was the best,and the printed blank and sintered product met the design requirements.
