      介绍山西省再生橡胶行业现状,重点就企业规模结构及产能和产量等进行分析。目前山西省再生橡胶生产企业共47家,占全国再生橡胶生产企业的8%;年产能万t及以上再生橡胶生产企业20家,占全国再生橡胶生产企业的20%;再生橡胶设计年产能约70万t,占全国再生橡胶设计年产能的11%。近几年全国和山西省的再生橡胶的产量增长率呈现下滑趋势。山西省再生橡胶生产工艺现均采用高温高压动态脱硫法,未来发展方向是常压脱硫法。山西省再生橡胶行业目前存在重复建设、产品结构不合理、产能过剩、产业集中度不高、标准执行力度不足和环境污染等问题,需推进产业优化组合、提高企业创新能力、实现集群化和品牌化发展,尽快实现绿色化转型。

      This paper introduced the current situation of renewable rubber industry in Shanxi Province, focusing on the analysis of enterprise scale structure, production capacity and output. At present, there were 47 renewable rubber production enterprises in Shanxi Province, accounting for 8% of the national renewable rubber production enterprises; There were 20 renewable rubber production enterprises with an annual capacity of 10000 tons or more, accounting for 20% of the national renewable rubber production enterprises; The designed annual capacity of reclaimed rubber was about 700000 tons, accounting for 11% of the national designed annual capacity of reclaimed rubber. In recent years, the output growth rate of recycled rubber in China and Shanxi Province had shown a downward trend. The production process of reclaimed rubber in Shanxi Province now adopted high temperature and high pressure dynamic desulfurization method, and the future development direction was atmospheric desulfurization method. At present, there were many problems in the renewable rubber industry in Shanxi Province, such as repeated construction, unreasonable product structure, overcapacity, low industrial concentration, insufficient implementation of standards and environmental pollution. It was necessary to promote industrial optimization and combination, improve enterprise innovation ability, realize cluster and brand development, and realize green transformation as soon as possible.
