将邻苯二酚乙烯基单体(DMA)与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)通过自由基共聚得到无规聚合物BA-Co-DMA,并对其进行结构表征和性能测试。结果表明:邻苯二酚引入丙烯酸酯聚合物中,得到力学性能和自修复性能优异的热塑性弹性体;傅立叶变换红外光谱表明,BA-Co-DMA的邻苯二酚之间形成氢键,赋予其良好的自修复性能;原子力显微镜观察到的相分离表明,邻苯二酚基团之间的相互作用产生聚集体,在BA-Co-DMA中形成物理交联网络;高温促进了分子运动加剧,BA-Co-DMA断裂试样在60 ℃下修复12 h的自修复效果良好。 |

By copolymerization of catechol vinyl monomer(DMA) and butyl acrylate(BA),a random polymer BA-co-DMA was synthesized,and its structure and properties were characterized.The result showed that,catechol was introduced into acrylate polymer to obtain thermoplastic elastomer with excellent mechanical properties and self-healing properties.FTIR measurement demonstrated that BA-co-DMA formed hydrogen bonds between catechol groups,which endowed the material with high self-healing properties.The phase separation observed by AFM revealed that the interaction between catechol groups leaded to the formation of aggregates,which formed a physical cross-linked network within the polymers.High temperature promoted the molecular mobility,so that BA-co-DMA fractured sample could be repaired for 12 h at 60 ℃ with a high healing efficiency. |
