      利用有限元分析软件Ansys建立了线径为7 mm的O形橡胶密封圈(简称O形圈)的二维轴对称模型,然后对其在不同径向间隙和不同油压下的密封性能进行分析,得到径向间隙以及油压对O形圈密封性能的影响。结果表明:油压对O形圈密封性能的影响较大,而径向间隙在油压较小时对O形圈密封性能的影响较小,在油压较大时影响较大;在径向 间隙为0. 3 mm、油压为16 MPa时O形圈的初始可靠度为98. 5%。由各随机因素对极限状态函数的灵敏度可知,对O形圈初始可靠度影响最大的两个因素为O形圈线径和油压。
英文摘要:
      A two-dimensional axisymmetric model of rubber O-ring(referred to as O-ring) with line diameter of 7 mm was created in finite element analysis software Ansys,and the effect of radial clearance and hydraulic pressure on the sealing performance of O-ring was analysed. The results showed that hydraulic pressure had great impact on the sealing performance,while the effect of radial clearance was depended on the value of hydraulic pressure. When the hydraulic pressure was low,the effect of radial clearance was small,and when the hydraulic pressure was high,the effect of radial clearance became significant. The initial reliability of the O-ring seal was 98. 5% when the radial clearance was 0. 3 mm and the hydraulic pressure was 16 MPa. Based on the analysis of the sensitivity of random factors to the limit state function,it was found that the most significant factors influencing the reliability of O-ring were O-ring line diameter and hydraulic pressure.
