中文摘要:
      对比研究牌号为SE6660,SE6635和SE5563U的甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶(简称苯基硅橡胶)及其硫化剂DCBP和DBPH对航空航天领域的适用性。结果表明:SE5563U苯基硅橡胶的综合性能较好;采用硫化剂DBPH的SE5563U苯基硅橡胶交联密度大,抗撕裂性能好,压缩永久变形小,脆化温度为-110 ℃,非常适用于航空航天器材门窗系统密封 材料。
英文摘要:
      The applications of methylvinylphenyl polysiloxane rubber(MVPQ)with brand name of SE6660,SE6635 and SE5563U and the vulcanizer DCBP and DBPH in the aerospace field were comparatively studied. The results showed that the comprehensive properties of SE5563U MVPQ were better,and SE5563U MVPQ cured with DBPH had a high crosslinking density,good tear resistance,small compression set and brittleness temperature of - 110 ℃,which was very suitable for sealing materials of doors and windows of aerospace vehicle.
