      对硅橡胶导管进行表面改性,制备具有亲水和抗菌功能的医用硅橡胶导管,并对其性能进行表征。结果表明:与未改性导管相比,改性导管的摩擦系数减小90%以上,亲水性明显改善;水浸泡7 d后改性导管仍具有较好的润滑性,且涂层与导管表面的粘合性较好;改性导管对金黄色葡萄球菌具有良好且持久的抗菌性,能满足临床应用要求,具有良好的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      The medical silicone rubber catheter with hydrophilicity and antibacterial was prepared by surface modification of silicone rubber catheter,and the properties were characterized.The results showed that,compared with the unmodified catheter,the friction coefficient of modified catheter reduced 90% or above,the hydrophilicity was improved significantly.The modified catheter after soaking in water for 7 days still had good lubricity,and the adhesion between coating and catheter surface was better.The modified catheter had good and lasting antibacterial on staphylococcus aureus,which could meet the needs in clinical treatment and had a great application future.
