      研究巨型工程机械子午线轮胎的变温硫化工艺。结果表明:与传统硫化工艺相比,采用变温硫化工艺(加热时间/保压时间比为1/1.07)的巨型工程机械子午线轮胎胶料过硫化程度降低,物理性能提高;变温硫化工艺能提高巨型工程机械子午线轮胎硫化均匀性,解决局部过硫严重的问题;采用变温硫化工艺,调整加热时间与保压时间比,有利于提高巨型工程机械子午线轮胎性能和生产效率,节约能源。
英文摘要:
      Non-isothermal curing process of giant OTR radial tire was studied. The results showed that,compared with the traditional curing process,giant OTR radial tire cured with non-isothermal process(heating time/dwell time ratio was 1/1.07) had a lower degree of over curing and better physical properties,non-isothermal curing process could improve vulcanization uniformity and solve the problem that some parts were over cured seriously. By adjusting the heating time/dwell time ratio during non-isothermal curing process,properties and production efficiency of giant OTR radial tire were improved,and the energy consumption of the production process was reduced.
