      本文提出了圆形或方管点阵片吸能元件,并基于薄壁管吸能机理及理论,建立了薄壁结构点阵片的轴向压缩载荷理论模型。为验证理论模型的正确性,本文利用Hypermesh及LS-dyna有限元软件对点阵片吸能元件进行仿真分析,结果表明仿真分析结果和理论计算结果吻合度较高,验证了理论模型的正确性。通过仿真分析研究发现在同种状况下,方管点阵片的吸能能力优于圆形点阵片,而其稳定性要稍差月圆形点阵片,为轨道交通吸能元件设计提供了新的思路和理论支持。
英文摘要:
      This article proposed the circular or the side tube lattice piece power-absorbing element, and attracts based on the thin walled tube can the mechanism and the theory, has established the thin-wall construction lattice piece axial compression load theoretical model.In order to confirm the theoretical model the accuracy, this article uses Hypermesh and the LS-dyna finite element software carries on the simulation analysis to the lattice piece power-absorbing element, finally indicated the simulation analysis result and theoretical calculation result goodness of fit was high, has confirmed the theoretical model accuracy.Through the simulation analysis research discovery under the homogeneous condition, the side tube lattice piece stability and attracts can ability all surpass the circular lattice piece, has provided the new mentality and the theory support for the orbital transportation power-absorbing element design. #$NL Keyword: Lattice piece power-absorbing element; Axial compression; Thin-wall construction; Simulation analysis
