      热塑性硫化胶(TPV)是一种在常温下具有橡胶高弹性,高温下能塑化成型的新型材料,性能优越且发展迅速。本文主要对近期TPV的研究进行了综述,主要有:加工设备和制备工艺、硫化体系、微观相结构(包括“海-岛”结构、“核-壳”结构和“双连续相”结构)、改性手段以及功能型TPV研究,并对TPV的发展前景作了展望。
英文摘要:
      Thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV) by dynamic vulcanization technology has been developed rapidly,especially for its processing equipment and preparation technology, microstructure (including the structure of "sea-island", "nucleus-shell" and "co-continuous phase"), vulcanization system, modification,functional TPV. In this paper, we will introduce them roughly and prospect it.
