中文摘要:
      运用LECO CHN 628元素分析仪(热导法)测定天然胶乳中的氮含量。通过实验数据确定了仪器工作参数,燃烧模式以及样品称样量等实验条件。在此条件下选取三组样品进行分析,测定结果与凯氏定氮法测定结果相比无显著性差异。本方法具有操作简单快速、精密度高等优点。
英文摘要:
      The LECO CHN-628 elemental analyzer (by Thermal conductivity method) was used for determination of nitrogen in natural rubber latex. Determined the instrument operating parameters, combustion mode and sample weight by experimental data. Three sets of samples were analyzed in this condition, the results showed that there was no significant difference between conductivity detection method and the Kjeldahl. This method has the advantages of simple, fast and high precision.
