      通过调整配方组分开发低滚动阻力载重子午线轮胎胎面胶、胎肩垫胶和胎侧胶配方。结果表明:与相应参比配方相比,试验配方胎面胶耐磨性能提高,生热降低;胎肩垫胶弹性提高,生热降低;胎侧胶拉伸强度和拉断伸长率降低,耐屈挠龟裂性能提高,其他性能变化不大;与参比轮胎相比,试验轮胎滚动阻力系数降低了9. 3%,达到美国环保署SmartWay认证要求,耐久性能较优,实际路试中耐磨性能略优。
英文摘要:
      The formulations of tread,shoulder pad and sidewall compounds of truck and bus radial tire with low rolling resistance were developed by adjusting formula components. The results showed that,compared with reference formula,the abrasion resistance of the experimental formula tread compound was improved and the heat build-up decreased,the elasticity of shoulder pad compound was improved and the heat build-up decreased,the tensile strength and elongation at break of sidewall compound decreased and the flex cracking resistance increased,and other properties changed little. Compared with the reference tire,the rolling resistance coefficient of the test tire decreased by 9. 3%,reached SmartWay certification requirements from the US Environmental Protection Agency,the durability was better,and the wear resistance in the actual road test was slightly better.
