      采用自制微波脱硫罐对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)胶粉进行微波脱硫制备EPDM再生胶,并研究搅拌速度和脱硫温度等对EPDM再生胶性能的影响。结果表明:搅拌速度对EPDM胶粉的脱硫均匀性有影响,但对EPDM再生胶的物理性能影响不大;脱硫温度对EPDM胶粉的脱硫效果影响很大;当脱硫功率为2 kW、胶粉填充量为5 kg、搅拌速率为60 r·min-1、脱硫温度为270 ℃左右时,EPDM再生胶物理性能较佳。

      The EPDM reclaim was prepared by devulcanization of EPDM powder using microwave devulcanization tank,and the effects of stirring rate and devulcanization temperature on the properties of EPDM reclaim were studied. The results showed that,the stirring rate was an significant factor influencing the devulcanization homogeneity of EPDM powder,but had little effect on the physical properties of EPDM reclaim,and devulcanization temperature had great influence on the devulcanization effect of EPDM powder.When devulcanization power was 2 kW,powder filling quantity was 5 kg,stirring rate was 60 r·min-1 and devulcanization temperature was about 270 ℃,the physical properties of EPDM reclaim were better.
