      针对传统加热硫化存在的问题,根据微波加热的特点,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,提出微波间歇加热的橡胶制品硫化方法。根据硫化过程设计了间歇加热流程,并模拟分析了微波间歇加热硫化胶料的温度变化趋势。模拟结果显示:采用微波间歇加热硫化可有效解决微波连续加热硫化升温过快、焦烧时间不足、胶料不能很好充满模型和胶料内外温差逐渐增大的问题。
英文摘要:
      According to the characteristics of microwave heating vulcanization method,microwave intermittent heating method for rubber vulcanization was proposed by using finite element method software(ANSYS) in order to solve the problems in traditional heating method. According to the vulcanization process,the flowchart of intermittent heating was designed,and the trend of temperature change during vulcanization by microwave intermittent heating was analyzed. The simulation results showed that,by using the microwave intermittent heating method,the problems such as fast temperature rising,short scorch time,poor mold filling of rubber compound and continuous increase of the temperature difference between inside and outside of rubber compound in microwave continuous heating technology were effectively solved.
