      研究炭黑种类和用量以及硫化剂用量、硫化温度、硫化压力和硫化时间对环氧型丙烯酸酯橡胶拉伸强度和拉断伸长率的影响。结果表明,补强填料选择炭黑N330且用量为55份,硫化剂用量为1. 5份,硫化温度为170 ℃,硫化压力为6. 0 MPa,一段硫化时间为20 min,二段硫化时间为2 h,硫化胶的物理性能较好。

      The effect of the species and addition level of carbon black,addition level of curing agent,curing temperature,curing pressure and curing time on the tensile strength and elongation at break of epoxidized acrylic rubber(ACM) was investigated. The results showed that,when the addition level of carbon black N330 was 55 phr,the addition level of curing agent was 1. 5 phr,the curing temperature was 170 ℃,the curing pressure was 6. 0 MPa,the first-stage curing time was 20 min,and the second-stage curing time was 2 h,the physical properties of vulcanizate were better.
