      采用动态力学分析(DMA)仪在拉伸和剪切模式下对轮胎胶料进行频率扫描。结果表明,一定频率下,随着温度升高,胶料的储能模量和损耗模量逐渐降低;而当温度固定时,随着扫描频率加快,储能模量和损耗模量的整体变化趋势是上升的。此外,在移位因子拟合时,Gauss方程拟合移位因子的准确度比WLF方程更高,WLF方程在高温区拟合 效果比低温区更佳,并且采用Gauss方程拟合的移位因子拓宽得到的胶料DMA曲线频率范围与DMA仪的频率范围相比更宽。
英文摘要:
      Frequency scanning of tire compound was tested by using DMA under tensile and shear mode.The results showed that,when the frequency was fixed,as the temperature increased,the storage modulus and loss modulus decreased. When the temperature was constant,as the frequency increased,the overall trend of storage modulus and loss modulus was increased. In addition,the accuracy of the Gauss equation fitting on the shift factor was better than that of the WLF equation,and the WLF equation fitting was more accurate in the high temperature zone than in the low temperature zone. The frequency range of the DMA curve of rubber compound which was broadened by Gauss equation fitted shift factor was much wider than that of DMA tester.
