      本文对氢化丁腈(HNBR)硫化胶进行γ射线的辐照处理,研究不同吸收剂量对HNBR硫化胶物理机械性能、压缩永久变形和回弹性等性能的影响。从HNBR的结构来推理,属于辐照交联型聚合物,我们的实验结果也从宏观上验证了这一结论。随着吸收剂量的增加,其硫化胶的拉伸强度先上升后下降,在200kGy时达到最大值;硫化胶的扯断伸长率随着吸收剂量的增加呈现下降趋势;随着吸收剂量的增大,硫化胶的回弹性呈增大趋势,压缩永久变形呈下降的趋势。
英文摘要:
      The vulcanized HNBR was dealt with irradiation process in this paper and we also study the effects of different irradiated doses on the rubber physical-mechanical properties, compression set, rebound resilience, and so on. The structure of HNBR was considered as crosslink and further confirmed from our experimental results. With absorbed dose increasing, the tensile strength of rubbers increased first and then decreased. The value reached the maximum when the absorbed dose was 200 kGy. Furthermore, the elongation, the compression set decreased and rebound resilience increased, with the absorbed dose increasing.
