      以美国、中国汽车轮胎召回为研究对象,通过对历年来汽车轮胎产品投诉与召回数据进行分析,得到中美两国历年来汽车轮胎产品投诉、召回的主要特点、变化和趋势。进一步研究表明,中美两国汽车轮胎投诉与召回的品牌、缺陷分布比较接近,中美两国平均每年的轮胎召回次数、召回数量、轮胎制造商主动召回率差异较大,美国远高于中国。美国汽车轮胎召回已经比较成熟,中国汽车轮胎召回尚处于起步阶段,基于此,提出可以借鉴美国做法的几点建议。
英文摘要:
      Take Automobile tire recall in the United States and China as the research object.Through the analysis of the complaint and recall data from the automobile tire products over the years. The main characteristics, changes and trends of automobile tire products recall in China and the United States over the years are obtained. Further research shows that the brand、distribution of the defects are close to tire complaints and recalls in the United States and China. the average annual number of recalls, recall of tires, tire manufacturers take the initiative to recall rate differences between the two countries, the United States is much higher than that of China. American automobile tire recall is relatively mature, and China"s automobile tire recall is still in its infancy. based on this, puts forward some suggestions for the practice of the United States we can learn from.
