      制备和研究耐低温乙基硅橡胶(EVMQ)的性能。热老化试验表明,随乙基链节含量增大,EVMQ耐热性能降低;压缩耐寒系数试验表明,乙基链节的引入提高了硅橡胶的耐寒性,乙基链节摩尔分数为0.2的EVMQ在-100 ℃下的压缩耐寒系数可达0.47;动态机械热分析表明,当乙基链节含量达到一定值时,EVMQ成为非结晶橡胶,并随乙基链节含量增大,玻璃化温度降低;低温拉伸试验表明,乙基链节摩尔分数为0.2的EVMQ的低温力学特性仅受体积收缩效应影响,力学性能表现更加优异。
英文摘要:
      The properties of ethyl silicone rubber(EVMQ)with low temperature resistance were investigated.The heat aging test showed that the heat resistance of EVMQ reduced with the increasing of ethyl unit.The compression coefficient in cold-resistance test showed that,the introduction of ethyl unit could increase the cold resistance of EVMQ,while the compression coefficient of cold-resistance of the EVMQ with 0.2 mole fraction of ethyl unit at -100 ℃ was 0.47.The DMTA results showed that,when the content of ethyl unit was increased to a certain value,the EVMQ formed non-crystalline rubber,and the glass-transition temperature decreased with the increase of ethyl unit.The low temperature tensile test showed that,the mechanical properties of the EVMQ with 0.2 mole fraction of ethyl unit at low temperature was only affected by volume contraction effect,which showed more excellent mechanical properties.
