      研究集成橡胶(SIBR)的结构组成对其白炭黑增强复合材料各项性能的影响,结果表明:SIBR中1,4结构(1,4-PB、1,4-PI),非1,4结构(St、1,2-PB、3,4-PI)的含量会影响其Tg、tanδ和硫化速率,进而影响白炭黑增强SIBR复合材料的滚动阻力、抗湿滑性、填料分散程度和拉伸撕裂性能等。SIBR的结构组成与其复合材料的物理机械性能和动态力学性能紧密相关。
英文摘要:
      The research is about the effects of structure of integrated rubber (SIBR) on properties of silica reinforced composites. Results showed that the content of 1,4 structure(1,4-PB, 1,4-PI) and non-1,4 structure(St,1,2-PB,3,4-PI) in SIBR will affect its Tg, tanδ and vulcanization rate, thereby affecting the rolling resistance, wet skid resistance, filler dispersion, tensile properties and tear properties of silica reinforced SIBR composites. The structure of SIBR is closely related to its physical mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties.
