      为进一步改善天然橡胶(NR)的综合实用性能,本文以少量石墨烯代替部分NR中的传统填料炭黑通过熔融混炼法制得了NR/Gr硫化胶,并通过多种测试技术研究了石墨烯对NR硫化胶的硫化特性、物理机械等性能的影响。研究结果表明,3phr石墨烯虽然降低了NR的加工安全性、硫化速度、交联密度和撕裂强度,但却提高了胶料的拉伸强度、定伸应力、硬度和耐磨性能,同时也降低了胶料的压缩温升和静压缩永久变形率,并使NR硫化胶有较好的耐热老化性能和耐伸张疲劳性能;DMA分析结果表明添加了3phr石墨烯的NR硫化胶有较轻的重量、较好的抗湿滑性和较低的滚动阻力,有利于得到安全节油的轮胎制品。
英文摘要:
      In order to balance the comprehensive practical performance of natural rubber(NR),NR vulcanizates were prepared by partially replacing the traditional filler carbon black(CB) with some graphene(Gr) using melt blending method. The influence of graphene addition on properties such as curing characteristics, physical mechanical properties and etc. were investigated by using various measurements. Experimental results showed that graphene degraded NR rubber’s processing safety, curing speed, crosslinking density and tear strength, but lifted its tensile strength, stress at fixed elongation, hardness and abrasion resistance. Graphene also entitled NR vulcanizates with better heat-aging resistance, tensile fatigue resistance and lower compression temperature rise as well as static compression permanent deformation rate. DMA results implied 3phr graphene resulted in NR rubber with lighter weight and balanced driving performances such as better wet-skid resistance and lower rolling resistance, which would be beneficial for safe and fuel-efficient tire products.
