      使用二硫化物2, 2’-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫(DBADPDS)作为再生剂在密炼机中对废乳胶进行脱硫再生,研究了环烷油、再生剂用量和温度对脱硫效果的影响。结果表明,环烷油用量的增加,脱硫废乳胶的交联密度降低。再生剂用量增多,废乳胶的再生效果增强。但如果再生剂加入量过多,其中含有的硫在高温下能参与废乳胶分子链间的交联反应,导致了废乳胶的交联程度提高。脱硫温度高于140℃,橡胶很容易发生裂解,脱硫过程中温度控制在120℃左右比较适宜。

      2, 2"-dibenzamido diphenyl disulfide (DBADPDS) was used as regenerant in desulfurization of waste latex rubber (WLR) in internal mixer. The effects of naphthenic oil, amount of regenerant and desulfurization temperature on desulfurization were studied. The results show that the crosslink density was deceased with the increasing of the amount of naphthenic oil. Regenerant could promote the desulfurization, but the sulphur from DBADPDS would take part in the cross-linking reaction of WLR if the too many regenerants were added. The main chains of rubber were broken easily if the temperature was exceeded 140℃. The appropriate temperature was 120℃ in desulfurization process.
