      针对一款橡塑自送料机器人系统,设计开发了一种基于LabVIEW的远程监控系统。详细介绍了监控系统的总体设计和硬件构成,以及软件各个模块实现的关键技术。实验结果表明,该系统不但可以在线监控机器人的运行状态,还可以随时抽取任何关注点的运行信号进行分析,有力地提高了现场工作人员对机器人的掌控情况和故障检测能力。
英文摘要:
      A remote monitoring system based on LabVIEW has been developed for a rubber self-feeding robot system. This paper introduces the overall design and hardware configuration of the monitoring system, as well as the key technologies to achieving functional modules. Experimental results show that: the system can not only monitor the state of robot operation online, but also can extract any concerned operational signal to analyze at any time, highly improved the capability of the on-site staff for robot control and fault detection.
