本实验采用模压化学发泡法将氯化聚乙烯(CM)与乙烯-辛烯共弹性体(POE)以不同质量比共混发泡,研究其泡孔结构及物理机械性能的变化,以期待得到综合性能优异的复合发泡材料。研究发现,不同质量比的CM/POE共混发泡材料均具有闭孔结构。随POE用量的增加共混发泡材料的泡孔尺寸先减小后增大,泡孔由扁平塌陷不均匀分布变为富有立体感的均匀分布,泡孔壁由薄变厚,另外,拉伸强度和定伸应力先增加后下降,压缩强度逐渐增加,断裂伸长率、邵C硬度均呈下降趋势,而回弹性能变化不大。 |

CM/POE blend foams of different mass ratio were prepared through the method of mould foaming by using chemical blowing agent, the effect of various blending ratio on the cell sructure and mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that all the CM/POE blend foams with closed-cells structure. With the increasing of content of POE, the cell diameter decreased firstly and then increased, the cell structure changed from flat ununiform to stereoscopic uniform distribution,the wall of cells became thick,in addition,the tensile strength and modulus increased at first and then dropped,the compression strength increased gradually,the elongation at break and shore C bardness decreased,but the resilience had no obviously change. |
