| 运用Fluent软件对旋风-滤袋复合除尘器进行数值模拟分析，发现存在气流分配不均导致滤袋使用寿命过低的问题。分别引入3种导流板进行对比分析，结果显示，布孔式Ⅲ型导流板气流分散作用明显，最大流量不均匀幅值减小49.4%，综合流量不均匀幅值减小56%。 |

| The numerical simulation of cyclone-bag filter was carried out by Fluent software，the problem of low service life of filter bag was found due to uneven distribution of air flow.Three kinds of guide plates were introduced and analyzed，and the results showed that the airflow distribution of the perforated plate Ⅲ was the best，the maximum amplitude of non-uniform flow was decreased by 49.4%，and the non-uniform amplitude of synthesized flow was decreased by 56%. |
