将白炭黑配成不同浓度的水分散体,使用球磨机在液相状态下对白炭黑进行研磨,可得到4种不同浓度分散均匀的白炭黑浆料。采用湿法混炼工艺,将4种不同浓度的白炭黑浆料与天然乳胶进行混合,制备出天然橡胶/白炭黑复合材料。对此种类型复合材料性能测定结果表明:用4种不同浓度白炭黑浆料制备的复合材料性能呈现出较大差异,当白炭黑浆料浓度为25%时,复合材料表现出最佳的综合性能。 |

The silica was ground in a liquid state using a ball mill to obtain four different concentrations of silica slurry. Using wet mixing process,four different concentrations of silica slurry and natural latex mixed, preparation of natural rubber/silica composite.On the performance of this type of composite determination results show that: with four different concentrations of the preparation of white carbon black composite material properties showed significant differences,when the concentration of silica slurry is 25% and composite showed the best comprehensive performance. |
