      本文采用采用机械混炼法将碳纤维/石墨烯加入到NR/BR中,研究了碳纤维与石墨烯协同改性对NR/BR混炼胶门尼粘度、硫化特性、动态流变性能、动态力学性能及导电导热性的影响。研究结果表明:随着碳纤维/石墨烯含量的增多,胶料的最大转矩MH和最小转矩ML增大;在力学性能方面,随着石墨烯含量的增多,NR/BR硫化胶的定伸应力提高;另外通过DMA测试可以看出,石墨烯的加入有利于提高NR/BR的抗湿滑性;并且由于碳纤维/石墨烯的良好的导电性,可以明显提高NR/BR抗静电性。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, carbon fiber / graphene was added into NR / BR by mechanical mixing the rheological properties, mooney viscosity, curing characteristicsdynamic ,mechanical properties, thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of NR / BR compounded with carbon fiber and graphene were investigated.The results of the study show that: With the increase of carbon fiber/ graphene content, the maximum torque MH and the minimum torque ML of the compound increase;In terms of mechanical properties,with the increase of graphene content, the tensile stress of NR / BR vulcanizate increased;DMA test can be seen that the addition of graphene is conducive to improve NR / BR wet skid resistance;At the same time, because of the good electrical conductivity of carbon fiber / graphene, NR / BR antistatic property can be obviously improved.
