      本文将石油树脂(PR)加入到氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)中制备了CIIR/PR复合材料,并做成高阻尼成品支座。利用动态力学分析(DMA),力学测试等手段对复合材料进行了表征,并对其动态力学性能、弹性性能和机械性能进行了研究。研究表明,相比于纯CIIR,CIIR/PR复合材料的损耗峰峰值向高温方向移动,有效阻尼温域得到拓宽。随着PR含量的增加,CIIR/PR复合材料的拉伸强度、压缩模量逐渐降低,但是扯断伸长率、压缩永久变形不断变大。当CIIR/PR比例为100/10时,压缩模量最大,压缩永久变形较小,阻尼温域得到拓宽,且拉伸强度和扯断伸长率均满足交通部标准,应用于高阻尼成品支座的竖向刚度和水平等效刚度都达到了标准要求,是一种理想的高阻尼橡胶材料。

      CIIR/PR composites were prepared by adding petroleum resin (PR) to the chlorinated butyl rubber (CIIR), and a high damping seismic isolation rubber bearing was made. The dynamic mechanical properties, elastic properties and mechanical properties were characterized by DMA, and a tensile tester. The result shows that, The dynamic loss factor peaks of CIIR/PR composite broadened and moved to high temperature damping area compared with those of pure NR. With the increase of PR content, the tensile strength and modulus of compression were gradually decreased, but elongation at break and and determination of compression set were increased obviously. When the ratio of CIIR/PR to 100/10, it has the maximum modulus of compression and the smaller determination of compression set, and the damping temperature range was broadened, at the same time ,the tensile strength and elongation at break can meet the standard of the Ministry of communications. Applied to the vertical stiffness preparation、horizontal equivalent stiffness of high damping seismic isolation rubber bearing have reached the standard requirements, is a kind of ideal high damping seismic isolation rubber bearing material.
