      通过实例分析，简述扫描电子显微镜（SEM）与X射线能谱仪（EDS）联用技术在橡胶制品行业的应用。SEM/EDS联用可用于多种材料的深度分析，在橡胶行业主要用于橡胶制品的失效分析及无机填料的质量控制。此外，与傅里叶转换红外光谱分析联用还可用于未知材料或制品污染物的确认。
英文摘要:
      The application of scanning electron microscope（SEM）/X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer（EDS）united technology in rubber industry was briefly introduced via case analysis.The SEM/EDS united technology could be used in deep analysis on various materials，which，in rubber industry，was mainly used in the failure analysis of rubber product and quality control of inorganic fillers.In addition，combined with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis，the united technology could be used in identification of unknown material or contaminants.
