研究甲基丙烯酸铈对采用硫黄/过氧化物复合硫化体系的天然橡胶(NR)性能的影响。结果表明:当甲基丙烯酸铈用量为5份、硫黄和硫化剂DCP用量均为1.5份时,硫化胶的拉伸强度最大;甲基丙烯酸铈在NR基体中的分散性良好;与未添加甲基丙烯酸铈的NR硫化胶相比,添加甲基丙烯酸铈的NR硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度增大,耐热空气老化性能改善。 |

The effect of cerium methylacrylate on the properties of NR with sulfur/peroxide curing system was investigated.The results showed that,when the addition level of cerium methylacrylate,sulfur and curing agent DCP were 5,1.5,1.5 phr respectively,the NR vulcanizate possessed the highest tensile strength.The dispersion of cerium methylacrylate in NR matrix was good.The tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of NR vulcanizate with cerium methylacrylate increased compared with the vulcanizate without cerium methylacrylate,and the hot air aging resistance was improved. |
