      运用Abaqus对12.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎进行纯滚动工况下的有限元分析,导出轮胎花纹块沟槽外表面节点的位置、单元和速度文件,并对计算流体力学软件Fluent进行二次开发。结合有限元数据,运用Fluent对轮胎花纹沟在纯滚动过程中产生的泵气噪声进行三维流场数值模拟,计算3种典型花纹沟的压力场,最后积分求解远场点噪声值,比较3种轮胎模型的噪声特性。计算结果与实验和理论分析的结论相符合。
英文摘要:
      The finite element analysis(FEA)on 12.00R20 all steel radial truck tire under the pure rolling condition was carried out by using Abaqus software,the node position,element and speed of the outer surface of tread groove were obtained,and a secondary development on Fluent software was carried out.Combined with the FEA data,the three-dimensional flow field of the air pumping noise of tread groove of the tire under the pure rolling process was simulated by using Fluent software to calculate the pressure field of three kinds of typical groove pattern.The noise of far field point was solved by integration method.Then,the noise characteristics of those three kinds of typical groove pattern were comparatively studied.The calculation results were in good agreement with the conclusion from tests and theoretical analysis.
