      采用加速老化试验方法对粘弹性丁基橡胶(IIR)阻尼材料的热空气老化性能及老化机理进行研究,获得老化前后IIR阻尼材料力学性能、阻尼性能及其变化规律。研究结果表明:在所选定的热空气老化65 ℃×310 d试验条件下,阻尼材料的拉伸强度提高了1 MPa,阻尼性能曲线整体向高温区域平移了10 ℃,而有效阻尼温域基本保持不变,与模拟计算结果一致,可以满足等效25 ℃×10年储存条件下的使用要求。同时,采用红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜分析了阻尼材料在热氧老化条件下分子链结构和微观结构的变化,得到了粘弹性IIR阻尼材料的热空气老化机理。
英文摘要:
      The hot aging property and aging mechanism of IIR damping materials were investigated by means of accelerated aging test.The results showed that,the tensile strength of the damping material was increased by 1 MPa under the selected condition 65 ℃×310 d,and the whole damping capacity curve was moved to higher temperature area by 10 ℃,but the effective damping temperature range was basically unchanged.The experimental results were consistent with the simulation results.It could be used to meet the requirements of the equivalent storage condition of 25 ℃×10 a.At the same time,the changes of molecular chain structure and microstructure of damping materials under thermal oxidative aging condition were analyzed by infrared spectrometer and SEM,and the thermal air aging mechanism of IIR damping materials was obtained.
